My domestic law practice is primarily assisting with Wills, Power of Attorney documents, and Advanced Medical Directives, Animal Care Trusts, as well as settlement agreements, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements. My clients find I take the time to listen to their concerns and help them in making tough life decisions.
When we meet and discuss your concerns, if I believe your needs are beyond the services I offer, I may refer you to a colleague or another law firm. I only want what is best for your particular situation. The Law Office does not engage in criminal, tax, bankruptcy, immigration, patent law, or litigation of any kind. For those specific areas of law and for any matters beyond the competency of the Law Office, I will seek outside counsel to assist you in those particular matters, or to advise you to seek additional counsel.
